Refund Policy

There is a $20.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made after 5pm the day before your appointment. Please note this fee increases to 50% of the job value when done 2 hours on the same day of the service.

Refund Policy - the basics

Refunds are not offered prior to a re-clean being accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must contact us within 48 hours of the date/time of your service. Photos are required for the 100% guarantee to be implemented If we are still unable to satisfy your requirements up to a full refund will be considered depending on the circumstances. Due to limited availability, re-cleans will be offered with priority, with the first available team / team member.
